was spotless, had everything we needed, ensuite bathroom, very comfortable beds,
Sunningdale is a non-smoking, detached, family-run guest house, opposite Peasholm Park. All rooms are en-suite, with
cleanliness assured. Within easy walking distance of the beach, and in close proximity to the North Yorkshire Moors.

Fabulous welcoming B & B, spotlessly clean By A TripAdvisor Member - 27 Jul 2009 Myself and my two young sons
spent 3 nights at Sunningdale. Judy and David made us very welcome with tea and biscuits when we arrived and they
couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The family room was huge with a lovely view towards Peashol Park.
Excellent b and b. Very welcoming hosts and the cleanliness of the rooms hits you straight away when you walk in.
Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Wouldn't look for anywhere else if we go back to Scarborough,
